OPERATIONS MANAGER
SaaS- Amberleaf Brazil(Oracle Partner) | MAY14 - MAY15 I was hired to lead Amberleaf's international expansion, starting in Brazil, the second- largest economy in the Americas. We have created a startup feel to it to establish ourselves as a fast-moving company. This strategy worked, and we quickly closed two major contracts with Nextel and BR Malls. • We have organised the teams, hired employees, created the marketing materials and started building our client base. With sales, presales, delivery, and support working at full capacity after a few months of launch, we began looking at Colombia as our next market. • We also expanded in the solutions we were offering, opening partnerships with industry giants such as Progress, SAP, and Oracle. Additionally, we fostered collaborations with local enterprises, strategically extending our reach, enhancing territorial coverage, and accessing niche markets that proved instrumental to our success. • Some accomplishments that I would like to highlight are the closing of the largest deal of my life, the USD 800k deal for an American telco called Nextel, USD 500k for a national group of universities called Estacio, and more.
