My professional experience thus far has largely revolved around the real estate industry, an industry I have always had an avid interest in since young. I made my foray into the industry as a real estate consultant while pursuing my undergrad degree, before moving on to the Proptech space, after I realized how the industry is on the brink of disruption. Real estate is the largest asset class in the world, yet it is still a pretty traditional industry in some regions of the world, especially in Asia. Hence, what truly motivates and excites me now is the idea of integrating technology into the real estate ecosystem to elevate efficiency and redefine the way properties are transacted. I am currently a founding team member of a startup called Propseller, where we are building an end-to-end real estate transaction platform that is client-centric and tech-powered. We aim to elevate service quality for real estate clients and efficiency for real estate professionals in the SEA region, starting with Singapore.
