Seven years ago, a Singaporean arrived in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, embarking on a journey fraught with both trials and triumphs. Navigating a new culture as a foreigner illuminated the transformative power of adversity when embraced with the right mindset. Adaptability has been the cornerstone of this Vietnamese sojourn.
