  In this role I spent 3 days a week visiting my 8 schools, holding meetings, observing classes, coaching teachers advising managers and reporting to head office. I also taught 6 classes a week. After November 2018 and a 50% cut in the number of company teachers I have been based in one of the largest centres which needed my full time supervision and was experiencing many problems.

  Keyword Education is an established and well known English Training company based in Shenzhen with branches in 3 other cities in China. I joined a medium sized centre in Nanshan and quickly established myself as a strong teacher in the regular classroom, in the demo classes and as a valuable asset to the team. I won many awards for teacher of the month. Later I was asked to become Head Teacher for the school and conduct training for the rest of the team.
