Mindshare2013.05-2013.08(4 months)As Team Coordinator my main duties was to provide general PA support to the Unilever and Business planning departments. Arranging and booking meetings, signing in guests, Diary management, booking travel and ordering catering are some of the everyday tasks I would be completing. Due to having such a large income of emails and phone calls I had to learn to prioritise the importance of what I had to do each day. I would stay on top of my assignments by writing everything down that was outstanding and ticking them off as completed. Mindshare was a truly great place to work and offered a friendly and social environment which I would love to find again soon. Unfortunately my position as Team Coordinator was no longer available and my contract was not extended further. There was no other similar vacancies for me to apply for within the company. Power 20002012.05-2013.04(a year)Power 2000 sub-contract work on the Virgin Media cabinets. It was my responsibility to work with the regulations out on the road with installs or maintenance of the equipment inside. The contracts where spread across the UK and would involve travel as far as Blackpool quite frequently. I was only working there about a month before I was working on my own initiative. I very much enjoyed my time at Power 2000 and I gained some great life experiences but unfortunately it was not the career path I was wanting to take and had to move on due to some of the contracts being lost with Virgin Media.
