With over seven years of experience in human resources management, I am the Director of Human Resources and Organizational Services at Golden Gate Regional Center (GGRC), a nonprofit organization that serves individuals with developmental disabilities. I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and a SHRM-CP certification, demonstrating my knowledge and skills in the field of human resources. My core competencies include developing and executing human resources strategic plans, translating business vision into HR initiatives, improving performance, profitability, growth, and employee engagement, and influencing and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels. Some of my achievements at GGRC include implementing a new HRIS system, conducting employee surveys and analysis, reducing the gap between HR and other departments, and hiring and onboarding an average of four employees per month. My mission is to foster a culture of excellence, diversity, and inclusion at GGRC, and to support the organization's vision of empowering people with developmental disabilities to live with dignity and independence.
