Recruited initially to head up the coaching at three indoor golf academies with eight golf simulators, 12 practice nets, putting & chipping indoor greens, Pro shop, club-fitting and repair service. In July 2023, I was promoted to Academy Manager taking on a dual role. Organise, promote and deliver high quality coaching for adults and juniors, individually and in group lessons. Ensure students’ needs are identified, coaching sessions are planned & delivered to develop participants’ performance, evaluate and review effectiveness of coaching sessions with the required feedback. Manage a team of inhouse Golf Professionals, provide guidance, feedback and organise training courses to ensure standards and quality of service. Utilise modern technology, such as Trackman/ GC Quad launch monitors, a pressure mat, Capto swing analyzer, 2D and 3D video analysis to give students the most professional and optimum learning opportunities. Supervise and evaluate the effectiveness of center activities, providing reports and suggestions to improve center operations. Achieve revenue and contribution targets, as well as other agreed KPIs for golf facilities. Continuously offer a high level of customer service and engagement with members, guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

Provided golf instruction to players of all skill levels, including individual lessons and group clinics. Developed and implemented player development programs to enhance the skills of members and attract new golfers. Supervised and mentored a team of 8 golf professionals & support staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional growth. Conducted regular training sessions to ensure staff members were well-equipped to deliver exceptional service and golf instruction. Scheduled staff and managed payroll to ensure adequate coverage for all golf operations.
