Facilitate conservation across Government Ministries and agencies. • Conduct social-Economic and Livelihood assessments in targeted landscapes. • Establish and support village saving and loan Associations on the livelihood component. • Promote and support the adoption of Agro-ecological/climate smart farming methods. • Compile reports, briefing papers and other communications on Conservation works activities. • Provide supervisory roles to 15 internal staff and 5 implementing partners across Landscapes. • Assist project managers in advancing internationally related preclinical research projects, follow up on project progress, and ensure projects are carried out in accordance with SOPs and relevant requirements. • Be responsible for daily docking and communication with international clients, timely feedback client needs, synchronize project information, and maintain good client cooperative relationships. • Assist in carrying out international business development work, collect information on the overseas preclinical CRO industry and competitor dynamics, and provide basic support. • Participate in the preparation work related to international business communication and negotiations, sort out meeting minutes, and follow up on subsequent implementation matters. • Assist in coordinating communication and collaboration between the company's internal departments and international partners, solve basic problems in docking, and ensure the smooth operation of business. • I have three months of international marketing training. • In-depth study and understanding of the Group's photovoltaic and energy storage products and products in other sectors. • In-depth learning and understanding of relevant work processes within the group. • Graduated from a Chinese university from 2023 to 2026, in any major Marine Science. • Excellent learning ability, able to familiarize yourself with the products of various possible. • Excellent problem-solving skills, able to mobilize the group's resources to develop local business.
