I consider myself a team player, leader, organized hard worker that will stick to schedules and standards My main achievements: Commissioning of 2 production lines consisting of a Fanuc robot hanging upside-down from a gantry making it a 7 axis robot, this robot would handle parts up to 30lbs moving it from the pick station to a vision station where it would be inspected and then placed by the same robot in a lathe. The most challenging part was placing in the lathe completely flat with a tolerance of 5microns, flatness would be tested with a probe automatically with the lathe and rejected if it does not meet the specification. If accepted, it would be machined and placed in a measuring station and tested with a CMM. This parts were utilized in a high-pressure regulator for mining equipment. Redesigning palletizer HMI and PLC programming for 5 different production lines with the objective of improving UI and Efficiency, shorting downtime and human interaction. Worked single handedly with minimal management to achieve targets successfully in time and form. Assisting in the commissioning of a new production line consisting of all new integrated equipment tasked with programming part traceability and data collection systems for statistical analysis as well as part tracking for visualization purposes.
