Senior Project Manager (Facade). I has in excess of 33 years’ experience in the Facade industry including overseas experience. Initially taking an apprenticeship in the design office of a Singapore Facade Contractor, i was trained in drafting, design, procurement, fabrication, installation and project management assignments before qualifying as a design/project manager. I has developed my knowledge of all Facade related aspects and project management skills on them for the last 15 years. Primarily involved in the design and project management in the construction on some of the tallest high-rise commercial buildings in Singapore, Indonesia, Dubai, Macau and Hong Kong, I has also worked on prestigious low-rise developments with renowned Facade Contractors and Main Contractors on other more complex Facade aspects. I also has significant site, factory and test laboratory experience, where i has been involved in overseeing project management, fabrication, assembly, installation and testing inspection. My strengths lie in working with consultant's, architects, and clients including Facade contractors on developing workable and cost effective detail solutions that meet with the desired architectural design intent and advising on which materials best suit these applications and that include of site installation. I has a full appreciation and understanding of design and construction practices, My background in contracting and experiences in project management often enable on-the-spot solutions to be proposed or made in meetings, design workshops and progress meeting that aid in streamlining the design process at the early stages of a project. I has developed extensive knowledge and experience in multiple disciplines related to Facade design and construction of a vast range of building types, including high-rise condominium, residence, office, commercial buildings/towers, corporate headquarters, hotels, schools, shop houses, terrace houses, shopping malls, factory buildings, hospital and medical centre.
