(7 years 3 months) • Internal Sales (office based): understanding customer needs and requirements; building and maintaining customer relationships; being in touch with suppliers and with other branches; creating orders for my customers; stock check • Trade Counter management: providing top quality customer service; opening new accounts and fulfilling their business needs by providing them with appropriate products (an average of £60k-£100k sales per month); peer support for other coleagues in their daily activities • Warehouse role: responsible with delivery check, sort and segregate all the stock products to specials and collections; unloading and loading products • Managing a personal portfolio of 40 customers, but dealing with more than 100 customers on a monthly basis

• Dissembling and assembling values, pipes and fittings • Assessing damage on stormwater drains • Cleaning the water supply • Assist in complex jobs like installing bathroom fixtures such as piping, wash basins, toilets and sprinkler systems
