Team leadership and manager duties on marketing strategies and promotion of brands

Worked as a swimming coach for 1st performance age groups (for the athletes born between 2007-2011) Designed dryland trainings and created swimming strength studies for athletes. Took charge in assistant coaching for the national athletes who are preparing Tokyo 2021 Olympic Games for 2 years. Followed the progress of such athletes with 13 to 19 trainings per week and pursued their improvement to report head coach. Collaborated with Stefano Nurra who is a pioneer in swimming analysis branch to analyze before & after racing and underwater techniques

Conducted analysis for performance swimming based on various age groups, Social swimming abilities, health-focused coaching, in dryland training and strength conditioning Achieved several medals and prizes for Turkey championship Trained 2 successful swimming athletes who won international medals who born in 2008/2009 Established a new foundation to conduct strength conditioning to train future athletes. Trained 3 to 9 years old kids who continued their swimming careers
