CRA II at ICON. I'm a highly motivated Clinical Research Associate with areas of expertise including Oncology and vaccines (phases I, I/II and II). I have experience in performing PSV, SIV and routine monitoring visits at sites and supporting project managers during site set up, Green Light Authorisation, recruitment through to study close out. Being fluent in both English and Polish, I'm a proactive communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships within the team and with site staff.
