After more than 12 years in construction industry has has achieved professional skills in leadership, coaching, mentoring and planning which help him succeed in working with contractors and workers in Vietnam where there are no OSHA equivalents. Throughout nine construction projects he has planted the seeds of Injury Free Environment (IFE) among workers, engineers and site managers and gained supports from them. He has professional knowledge and experiences in site set-up, readiness review, training, safety in design, steel erection, pre-cast erection, crane and lifting, excavation and trenching, working at height, confined space, control of hazardous energies, emergency response, accident investigation, and auditing. Business Code of Conduct is also a strong point he is committed to and proliferates this ethics among his subordinates.
