Yoga Instructor & Yoga Therapist Responsible for delivering professional and personalised yoga and wellness sessions for individuals and groups, with a focus on Hatha Yoga, yoga therapy, Pranayama, meditation, relaxation, flexibility, mobility, posture and overall wellbeing. Assess participants’ needs, goals and abilities and adapt yoga practices and sequences according to individual requirements and experience levels. Plan and conduct safe, engaging and effective yoga classes, clearly demonstrating postures, breathing techniques, meditation and relaxation practices. Provide individual guidance, corrections and modifications to help clients practise safely and improve their physical and mental wellbeing. Support clients in developing healthy lifestyle habits through yoga, mindfulness and holistic wellness practices. Monitor participants’ progress, provide constructive feedback and maintain a welcoming, supportive and professional environment. Experience working with local and international clients in yoga studios, wellness centres, retreats, hotels or private sessions, with strong communication, interpersonal and customer-service skills. Maintain professional standards, class preparation, safety procedures and positive client relationships.
