(3 years 1 month) 1. Fully responsible on overall plants and sites operation (Papua region) including but not limited to fabrication, engineering, procurement, manpower, quality, maintenance, safety, and finance. 2. To seek and develop new business opportunities in Papua region.

(1 year 7 months) 1. Setting up a new modern weld overlay cladding and cladding pipe spooling fabrication division. Prepare the process lay out and the process flow, make decision on machines and equipment need, calculate manpower requirement, etc. 2. Provide required guidance and leadership to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the cladding operation 3. Fully responsible for the technical and commercial operations of weld overlay cladding and cladded pipe spooling fabrication division as separate business unit within the Gulf Steel Works. 4. To teach and guide several Saudis professionals to take over the job after completion of employment agreement.

(5 years 9 months) 1. Provide technical expertise, information and assistance to the Director regarding fabrication or construction activities; participate in the formulation and development of policies, procedures and programs as requested. 2. Lead a team of industrial (process) engineers to evaluate the existing manufacturing and fabrication processes and find opportunities for improvement (such as productivity, reject rate, machine downtime, etc.). 3. Review production schedules, engineering specifications, process flows, and other information to understand methods and activities in manufacturing and fabrication. 4. Design control systems to coordinate activities and production planning to ensure that products meet client’s requirement. 5. Prepare and maintain a variety of reports, records and files related to engineering, fabrication and construction issues, assigned activities and personnel. 6. Track and report weekly on percent complete, budget burn, earned value, slippage, project effort and duration to complete and other key project metrics. 7. Keep an accurate risk tracking document with an associated mitigation plan 8. Oversee and approve payments to contractors or outside organizations according to established guidelines and procedures. 9. Attend and conduct a variety of meetings as assigned (including job sitemeetings); prepare and perform oral presentations concerning proposed and ongoing fabrication or construction program activities.
