  ● Worked as Regional Data delivery lead for Life Data Transformation project and reporting to Head of Delivery and Head of Data Transformation team. My key role is in the program is managed delivery of the program into 4 workstream, Data Ingestion, Business Intelligence, Data Quality improvements and Analytics of data using AI/ML modeling. Mainly focusing Chubb Life business entity. ● Project Planning and management of o Centralized Life data platform using Azure data lake, Lake house and implementation of business intelligence reporting and dashboard from lakeshoue/data marts into Qliksense for different department like Finance , Customer, Agency metrics, Digital customer dashboards and compliance for persistency and lapse. o Project is group project targeting for APAC markets divided into 2 groups covering total of 6 markets for project launch (TH, VN,ID,HK,TW,NZ). ● My key role is managing project delivery and offshore delivery team to ensure all the project delivery tasks are delivered as per the project plan and also working closely with business teams to get their reporting and dashboards requirements/use cases mapped to those data requirements. ● Project governance has quarterly steering committee meeting while monthly meeting cadence is focused towards technology stakeholders.
