    One year after I started at Sungrow my responsibility and focus shifted from installers to distributors with the change of position to Distribution Sales Manager. Herein I am responsible for managing all distributors in the Benelux region. This includes building and maintaining our relation, handling all purchase orders, organizing trainings and meetings, stock levels, strategic planning and contracts. It is crucial to work together with a variety of different departments simultaneously from both Sungrow and our partners which include management, marketing, sales, product management and logistics.

    (1 jaar 1 maand) In April 2022 I started as a Partner Success Manager in the Benelux team. Founded in 1997, Sungrow is one of the biggest and most successful manufacturers of inverters and home batteries in the world. Sungrow has been declared the most bankable inverter brand for 4 years in a row by BloombergNEF, is well known for its high quality products and our customers include Apple, BMW, Softbank etc. In my role I am working between Sungrow, distributors and installers. There is a lot of variation but my main responsibility is to make sure that our relationship and connection with our distributors and their installers is at the highest level possible. This includes relationship management, (technical) trainings, brand awareness, helping with different kind of topics, exhibitions and administration. This is part of a bigger goal; to help Sungrow integrate further in the European (distribution) market. This is done by creating brand awareness, increase market share and creating Sungrow fans in the installer landscape. This is the first time that I am working for an international enterprise and in an intercultural team. Sungrow itself is an enterprise however the Benelux team is relatively small thus contributing brings a noticeable difference.

    6 jaar 1 maand december 2017 - maart 2022 (4 jaar 4 maanden) After working as an accountmanager for two years I got promoted to Group Accountmanager. The promotion brought responsibilities including supervising my own team of 6 to 9 full-time accountmanagers while maintaining certain responsibilities like my own customers. The job became a lot more diverse and very valuable as I learned a lot of new things like coaching colleagues with different ages, personalities and backgrounds. Zonneplan has been one of the best employers I have had so far due to a mix of fun, challenging but balanced work, great colleagues, nice vibe and succes. I started when there were 30 employees and have seen this grow to more than 250. Over the years I am responsible for more than 2000 installations with an accessory revenue of roughly€9million euro.

    2016 - november 2017 (1 jaar 9 maanden) At Zonneplan I started as an accountmanager and customer adviser. After growing in my position I got promoted to Group Accountmanager. My priority is to provide the best advice based on the unique needs and situation of the customer and then guide them through the entire process. It is my job to let people see the benefits of investing in their own produced electricity and then give the customer(s) the installation that fits perfectly in their situation. There are many steps to manage; first contact, technical advice, financial advice, calculating and creating the best possible offer, additional help after the installation and maintaining relationships. The promotion to Group Account Manager brought responsibilities including supervising my own team of 6 to 9 full-time accountmanagers. It has been very valuable and informative to have joined Zonneplan at a relatively early stage; I have witnessed it becoming the biggest residential installer of The Netherlands. There was a strong 'work hard, play hard' vibe with more than enough success to share and celebrate on a weekly basis.

My responsibilities included multiple teams and the results, team motivation, training, transport, administration and if possible: the weather. juni 2014 - augustus 2015 (1 jaar 3 maanden) At Zonverdient I started as a part of the promotion team. We went door-to- door to inform people about solar panels, acquire leads, called the leads and filled the agenda for consultants. After a couple of months I was promoted to Teamleader and therefore responsible for my team and the results.

Despite my lack of experience in the tourism sector, our team of 8 had a successful season in which we provided thousands of guests with a great holiday. There was a very wide range of tasks including selling, organizing and managing events, helping guests with different kind of problems, administration, helping at the airport, maintaining and improving relationships with partners of Sundio Tours and finance. Being reachable 24/7 was a priority. This was my first time working abroad and it was a great experience.

    Fundraiser februari 2013 - juni 2014 (1 jaar 5 maanden) As a fundraiser at SQ People we used "direct dialogue" by going door-to-door for big charities such as: Cordaid Kinderstem, Cordaid Memisa, KIKA and Oxfam Novib. Convincing any kind of person within a matter of minutes to sign for a monthly donation has taught me the very valuable lesson of how to speak and appeal to people with all different sorts of personalities and social backgrounds. The way to succeed was to make a connection with anyone opening that door.

They test customer service, product quality, sales etc. My job was to find and select mysteryshoppers for hard to fill assignments. I also managed assignments for correct results.
