Summary

Managing Director – Think Water International Support Team. Having owned and run my own small business through the '90s has provided me with a strong platform for my further career choices. I joined a Water Management company called McCracken's Water Services in early 2000 that then morphed into a national company called Total Eden. This business focused primarily on Pumps; Irrigation and Water filtration. During my time there I held roles as Branch Manager; Regional Manager and East Coast Manager. I undertook and successfully completed a Cert III & Cert IV in Irrigation & Horticulture as well as a Diploma in Business. I then had the opportunity to Join Davey Water Products in the role of Northern Region Sales Manager for the Pool & Spa Channel of the business developing and selling products & and services to Pool & Spa shops; builders; wholesalers, etc. I worked my way into a senior role as the National Sales Manager. I was then offered an opportunity to move back into the Irrigation sector so I eventually left Davey after 8 years and joined Think Water as an Operations Manager in Australia where I have successfully completed a Cert IV as a trainer and assessor. I have been with Think Water for just over 6 years and am now supporting our great head office team, Members and Preferred Suppliers in the role of Managing Director.
