Project Manager at Ramboll South East Europe SRL. Having graduated the Polytehnical University of Bucharest,electrical drives and automation field,I have acquired a solid background on power generation projects(thermal power plant modernisation , cogeneration power plant, photovoltaic power plant), thermal energy generation projects(heating station modernisation). I attended several courses in the following fields: 1. Project Management, 2. Renewable energy and use of renewable energy for hydrogen production, 3. Power-to-X. 4. Baterry Energy Storage Systems. I have been involved in these power and thermal energy generation projects since more than 20 years,first as Engineer and then as Project Manager. As a Project Manager ,I have joined the local representative of GE Jenbacher ,namely Total Energy Business,and participated to the implementation of the first cogeneration power plant on biogas in Romania of this company. So , I have more than 15 years experience as a Project Manager and an experience of over 15 years engineer electrical and automation in industrial field (power modernisation , cogeneration plans ,oil and gas installation modernisation-e.g. LRP modernisation). Also , I have more than 5 years experince as a Project Manager in civil construction field(office buildings , hypermarkets). I held various positions within the companies where I worked, namely: engineer, project manager, technical director. I coordinated and supervised various projects, leading work teams composed of several specialities (automation ,mechanical, electrical). I have managed projects with budgets of several hundred thousand euros to the budgets of several million euros. Several project have been successfully financed,implemented and monitored against the estimated targets(time,cost,scope). I think some of the essential factors for success of a project are very good relationship with customers, teamwork and team motivation, ability to work with people and to persuade and influence, very good communication with stakeholders projects. I consider myself a pleasant person, positive attitude, flexible and customer oriented.
