I do random spot checks and make sure that quality is kept up to standard both in the Kitchen and Service. I maintain a healthy realtionship with our costumers and make sure they leave satisfied and come back. I organized Wine Events and Banqueting. I've build up both the Food Menu and Beverage Menu, along with providing the proper training for it. I traveled around xinjiang, visiting our outlets and make sure that consistency and standards are kept from one city to another. Teach our costumers about European culture and Culinary Arts.
