  • Characterization of Bacterial Pathogens from Ready-to-eat Salads using16s rrna gene sequence analysis

    My research project focused on isolating bacterial pathogens from ready-to-eat salads collected from various restaurants, hotels, and street food vendors. As a postgraduate student, I worked on this project and successfully published the research paper in a reputable journal.

    My PhD research focused on the characterization and isolation of lactic acid bacteria strains from yogurt and antimicrobial activity against pathogens. I have also been actively involved in various research projects at the College of Food Sciences, NWUAF, China, and I published my research articles in well-reputed scientific journals having Impact Factor.
