Characterization of Bacterial Pathogens from Ready-to-eat Salads using16s rrna gene sequence analysis
The principal investigator2019.09-2021.09(2 years)My research project focused on isolating bacterial pathogens from ready-to-eat salads collected from various restaurants, hotels, and street food vendors. As a postgraduate student, I worked on this project and successfully published the research paper in a reputable journal.
