  By the start of 2019, we helped small companies from Mexico to connect with Chinese suppliers and producers for their businesses. My job was to manage and oversee customer requirements, customer support, product hunting and finance. Consulting company specialized on connecting Chinese companies with overseas and provide tools to help Mexican companies to acquire Chinese products. • I was in charge of managing and control of all contract closeout items. • I controlled the end-to-end process, including client acquisition, negotiation, and closeout. • I managed internal processes and strategically prioritized them to ensure all deadlines are met. • Execution of tasks for project process, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.

  Among the main activities that I executed were the creation of weekly reports with external indicators related to Vehicle Engineering & Chassis of the plant, the control of the internal indicator of Squeaks & Rattles, dealing with the production team and suppliers for the execution of improvement projects, the control initiative attributed to Bonus Parts and the process of improvement project for Clear Vision as Six Sigma Green Belt certification. As secondary tasks, I had participation on Launching activities (R202), supporting to team members in their functions and dealing with suppliers. My primary responsibility was to carry out the mitigation plan for Bonus Parts, in which I took control of the incidents in the plant, the feedback and support to team members, the execution of the improvement plans and the follow-up for the trend of the indicator. Knowledge of the production, administrative and control quality system of the plant, knowledge of the use of Ford software tools, as well as the ability to attack opportunity areas following Ford normative and standards. I created a systematic process called the Mitigation Plan for Bonus Parts Best Practice, which is now used at Ford’s Assembly Plants that assemble the Ford Fusion Worldwide.
