Summary
H&D Sales Manager @ Schneider Electric | Board Member CCI France Northeast | Growth Mindset. As an honors graduate in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from ITESM, with specialized studies in advanced manufacturing in Sweden, I've dedicated over a decade to Schneider Electric, consistently driving significant growth and operational excellence. I launched my career in 2014, entering the Advance Development Program. I quickly transitioned into a leadership role as a Tender and Contract Manager, notably for the country's largest automotive project. Here, I successfully increased contract value by 20% and improved margins by +10 points. My focus then shifted to project management, where I became the first Project Portfolio Manager for Mexico and Central America. This role was crucial in enhancing performance for mid-to-large scale projects (over $500k USD). Concurrently, I led a critical digital transformation, coordinating the migration from our legacy ERP to SAP. This complex initiative involved collaborating with over 15 nationalities to ensure a smooth transition across 11 manufacturing facilities, integrating key functions like customer data, procurement, and finance. My success led to an expanded role overseeing the Customer Project Office for Mexico & Central America, managing over $50M USD. This experience prepared me to lead the North America Project Portfolio, a scope covering over $2B USD. In this role, I implemented Schneider's project management system and established critical risk management controls for the thriving Data Centers business. A pivotal career move in 2022 led me to the commercial side of the business as Business Development Manager for Mexico's largest business unit. Over three years, we gained +3 points of Market Share, launched new products generating over $1M USD in sales within their first year, and doubled the business size. Most recently, in 2025, I've been appointed Country Distribution Sales Manager for the entire transactional business in Mexico. This role entails overseeing 1/3 of Schneider Mexico's total revenues, but more importantly, it's about nurturing and strengthening our relationships with business partners. Throughout this journey, I've prioritized continuous learning, completing executive education with institutions like UCLA, INSEAD, HEC, and HITEC. Building a strong external network through organizations like CCI France and CONACOMEE has also been vital to my development. I'm a strong advocate for sustainable business, a believer in people, and convinced that consistent, incremental improvement always pays off.
