His experience covers developing strategies for national economic development, sectoral restructuring, business strategies, data & AI programs, and digital transformation. He advised leading organizations in the Public Sector as well as Sovereign Wealth Funds & Principal Investors with a focus on culture, tourism, SWFs, and Center of Government priorities. Prior to his consulting career, he was the founder and managing partner of Ajeer - a startup specialized in short-term recruitment services. He also co-founded and managed TechBench, the first Saudi registered Tech social enterprise where he orchestrated several fundraising rounds for non-profit technology and educational initiatives. Abdulelah holds a bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM), and completed executive education programs at INSEAD and Northwestern University.
