Where is the place of jurisdiction for labor disputes?

Labor disputes are under the jurisdiction of the Labor and Personnel Dispute Arbitration Committee of the place where the labor contract is performed or where the employer is located. If the location of the employer where the labor dispute arises and the place where the labor contract is performed are not under the jurisdiction of the same Labor and Personnel Dispute Arbitration Commission, the employer and the worker may choose the arbitration commission that is more favorable to them to apply for arbitration.
