If a foreigner has lost his/her Alien Work Permit, what documents should be submitted by the employer to replace the Alien Work Permit?

(1) The original Application Form for Replacement of Work Permit for Foreigners Coming to China. The form is printed online through the application system, signed by the applicant and stamped by the employer. (2) Applicant's original statement of loss or damage. Remarks: In case of replacing the Alien Work Permit, the applicant shall post a statement on the Management Service System for Foreigners Coming to Work in China from the date of loss of the document or the date of discovery of the loss, and apply for replacing the document to the Bureau of Foreign Experts of the city where he/she is posted. If the document is damaged, the applicant is required to bring the original certificate when applying for a replacement.
