Q: To which countries or regions can deported aliens be sent by the public security authorities? A: According to Article 247 of the Provisions on Procedures for Handling Administrative Cases by Public Security Organs, deported aliens may be deported to the following countries or regions: (i) The country of nationality (ii) The country or region of residence prior to entry; (iii) The country or territory of birth (d) The country or territory of the port of exit prior to entry; (e) Any other country or territory where the alien being deported is allowed to enter.
