Undertake new product trial production, including application for jigs and equipment, setup of test environment, and preparation of process documents. Maintain the first-pass yield (FPY) of mass production projects and improve yield rate; candidates with QCC (Quality Control Circle) and Six Sigma project experience are preferred. Track and verify ECN (Engineering Change Notice), software and material changes for mass production projects. Compile process documents such as test SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).

College degree or above, majoring in Electronic Information Science and Technology, Radio Technology, Communication Technology or related fields. Familiar with reliability test items and test methods for electronic products; familiar with QCC projects, understanding of Six Sigma projects (GB/BB), new product introduction, abnormal handling, process improvement and first-pass yield improvement. Proficiency in test principles of wireless WIFI and Gpon products is preferred.
