1. At least 8 years of experience in software development for Japanese clients, with over 3 years of experience in managing Japanese software development projects. 2. Strong interpersonal communication and coordination skills, capable of effective communication and coordination with partners, internal teams, and between teams. 3. Familiar with Japanese company work processes and business etiquette. 4. Bachelor’s degree or higher, Japanese N1 level, with fluent Japanese communication skills.
