Job Overview: You will participate in the planning, design, and full lifecycle management of our APP and Web products. You need to deeply understand user needs, market trends, and business goals, translating them into excellent product features that ultimately drive business growth and enhance user satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1.Product Strategy & Planning: Conduct in-depth analysis of industry and market trends, competitor activities, and user feedback to develop and maintain a clear product roadmap, ensuring product strategy aligns with overall company objectives. 2.Requirement Mining & Analysis: Work closely with Technology, Partnership, Back-office, and Customer Service teams to deeply explore and clarify user pain points and business requirements. 3.Product Design & Execution: Collaborate with UI/UX designers and development teams to deliver designs from concepts and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes, ensuring the final product output meets design specifications and quality standards. 4.Project Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product process from concept, development, and testing to launch; coordinate resources from R&D, QA, and Operations to ensure projects are delivered on time and with high quality. 5.Data Analysis & Iteration: Define core product metrics (e.g., user activity, deposit/withdrawal conversion rates, transaction frequency, customer churn rate); evaluate product performance through data analysis and A/B testing, and conduct rapid iterations and optimizations based on data-driven insights. 6.Risk Management & Compliance: Work closely with Risk Control and Compliance teams to ensure all product feature designs and implementations meet relevant compliance and risk control requirements.

o Minimum 3 years of product management experience in the internet or fintech industry; experience with online brokerages or online trading products is highly preferred. o Strong user experience sensibility and ability to design product solutions that are user-friendly and logically sound. o Excellent logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently structure complex business logic. o Outstanding communication, coordination, and project management skills, capable of driving efficient cross-departmental collaboration. o Good data sensitivity; preference given to candidates with experience using SQL, Excel, or other tools for data analysis.  Preferred: o Experience with overseas financial products, familiar with user preferences and habits in regions such as Southeast Asia, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan (China), and Europe. o Fluent English communication skills.
