Responsibilities: o Team building and management to facilitate successful progression and completion of landscape projects. o Preparation of masterplans, landscape design and documentation (all stages) and undertaking landscape related studies and research. o Client and project management. o Participation in proposal, marketing and business development activities and events. o Coordination with project designers and directors in international offices.

Abilities and requirements: o Ability to work independently and lead a supporting team with strong leadership and excellent communication skills. o Minimum 8 yrs. design experience in creative design and team management. o International exposure and willingness to travel. o Fluency in Mandarin and English.
