Profile:•3 years minimum recent working experience in China•Minimum bachelor equivalent Architectural degree from Chinese top-8 University or U.S. University. Graduate degree is desirable.•Experience with developer led Mixed use, Residential, Commercial, Master Planning is required•Experience with Public Institutional projects and Interior Design is desirable•Good communication skills in both Mandarin and English•Excellent graphic, verbal, and written communication ability•Demonstrated ability to participate in client relationship building and business development•Demonstrated ability to work in a team atmosphere and to manage daily design team tasks•Demonstrated responsibility for the total project process including design and fee management, construction budget, schedule, and program.•Demonstrated responsibility for coordination with clients, project managers, and technical design professionals•Ability to supervise and coordinate the work of team members at all levels•Demonstrated Ability to oversee on 2-3 concurrent projects
