Job responsibilities
- Bring creativity, passion and ability to every opportunity to help us grow and protect the Nauticoat brand. - Write and communicate briefs for internal teams and external partners, distilling customer insights, business objectives and success criteria into actionable creative developments. - Develop deeply resonant campaigns for product launches, business moments, and seasonal considerations - kick-starting work, guiding work, inspiring work, deploying work. - Utilize consumer insights to design and implement globally applicable campaign strategies, product positioning, brand messaging and communications that drive business objectives. - Work closely with DTC and product teams to deliver brand communication materials that help them achieve business objectives. - Work closely with national and international teams to ensure alignment with overall global strategy; identify and communicate modifications to programs based on local market needs.
Job Requirements
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a similar industry - At least 6 years of direct-to-consumer marketing experience in brand management/brand strategy - At least 2 years of experience managing and leading brand management/strategy teams - In-depth customer understanding and obsessive understanding of emerging trends and opportunities. - Excellent customer-centric strategic thinking skills; experience using data and metrics to support business value propositions - Track record of building strong global brands - In-depth understanding of all functional aspects of the marketing organization, as well as the digital/social media landscape - Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information, prepare summaries, identify issues, translate insights into action, and present solutions in written documents as an essential part of the job - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with senior levels of the organization - Cross-functional experience leading teams/managing multiple organizations and establishing processes to drive initiatives forward - Passion for getting the job done, even if it is sometimes beyond the scope of the job - Flexibility, resourcefulness, accuracy, and attention to detail; thrives in both independent and collaborative work environments
