Our merchandising operations are central to ensuring seamless coordination between product development, vendor execution, and customer delivery.Role OverviewWe are seeking a senior merchandising leader to oversee regional merchandising operations across Asia. You will lead the merchandising team in China and be responsible for setting up and managing a parallel team in Vietnam. Ideal Candidate ProfileBachelor’s degree preferably in business, supply chain, merchandising, or related disciplineMinimum 15 years of experience in merchandising or sourcing operations, with at least 8 years in a leadership roleStrong background in the toy industry, including both soft and hard toysExperience in US top toys companies is highly prefer Experience working with OEM/ODM vendors across China and Southeast AsiaProven ability to lead cross-border teams and manage regional operationsFamiliarity with US toy company operations and customer expectations is a strong advantageExcellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skillsStrong command of merchandising systems, order tracking tools, and reporting platformsFluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Putonghua)
