Job DescriptionAbout the CompanyWe are a US-headquartered multinational toy company with regional sourcing offices in Hong Kong, China, Vietnam and other SE Asian countries.As a trusted partner to global toy brands, we specialize in the design, development, and manufacturing of soft and hard toys through a robust network of OEM partners and factory vendors across Asia. Our merchandising operations are central to ensuring seamless coordination between product development, vendor execution, and customer delivery.Role OverviewWe are seeking a senior merchandising leader to oversee regional merchandising operations across Asia. You will lead the merchandising team in China and be responsible for setting up and managing a parallel team in Vietnam. Job Requirements
Ideal Candidate ProfileBachelor’s degree preferably in business, supply chain, merchandising, or related disciplineMinimum 15 years of experience in merchandising or sourcing operations, with at least 8 years in a leadership roleStrong background in the toy industry, including both soft and hard toysExperience in US top toys companies is highly prefer Experience working with OEM/ODM vendors across China and Southeast AsiaProven ability to lead cross-border teams and manage regional operationsFamiliarity with US toy company operations and customer expectations is a strong advantageExcellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skillsStrong command of merchandising systems, order tracking tools, and reporting platformsFluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Putonghua)
