Job Requirements
Job Purpose The Receptionist and Admin Assistant ensures a safe, productive, and comfortable environment by managing daily office operations, supplies, assisting in on boarding processes, and by organizing monthly company events. Responsibilities - Ensures the overall comfort, safety, and cleanliness of the office environment. Including managing the maintenance of printers, phone and Fax, heaters and coolers, and ensuring that electricity and water remain in constant supply. - Ensures that mails, faxes and courier packages are sent out in a timely manner. - Directs incoming calls and visitors to the correct person without delay or confusion and answers question without transfer whenever possible. - Takes messages to ensure employees can call back customers and colleagues if they are away from their desk. - Ensures that the Reception area & office public area look excellent and supports the company’s values to support community, fun, and professionalism. - Plans and executes monthly happy hours that encourages employee bonding and satisfaction. - Orders and disperses office supplies on a monthly basis. - Ensures that coffee machine, kitchen supplies are fully stocked and in good quality. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree - Minimum 1 year experience - Native Chinese speaker with excellent English
