The QC Test Technician will be expected that: 1. Purchase requisition, scrapping, maintenance,upkeep and management of experimental equipment. 2. The development of SOP of experimental equipment and output record form. 3. Fomulation of analysis and testing plans for each department within the company, the execution of corresponding tests tests and the submission of test reports. 4. Formulated the calibration plan of HK's internal inspection equipment, and implemented the calibration management according to the plan. 5. Implement 5S management in the laboratory. 6. Procure experimental consumables and office supplies for the laboratory. 7. Regularly conduct statistical analysis of laboratory test reports. 8. Assist in handling other tasks assigned by superiors. 1.实验设备的请购、报废、维护、保养及管理。 2.实验设备操作SOP以及输出记录表单的制订。 3.负责公司内部各单位分析及检测方案的制订，执行相应的测试，提交测试报告。 4.制订HK公司内部检验设备的校验计划，并按计划执行校验管理。 5.实验室现场5S管理。 6.实验室实验用耗材以及办公用品的申购。 7.定期对实验室测试报表进行统计分析。 8.协助上级主管交办的其它事项。

1. At least 2 years of experience working in an electronic component laboratory, with knowledge of testing methods for electronic components and the ability to perform appearance inspections of materials. Strong hands-on skills are required. 2. Have experience in calibration management. 3. Be proficient in using various electronic component testing equipment, such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, X-ray machines, cover opening detection equipment (including chemical cover opening equipment/high-temperature cover opening equipment/metallographic microscopes), RoHS testing equipment, digital electric bridges, Hi-pot testers, etc. Prior experience with these inspection devices is preferred. 4. Proficient in computer software such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point. 5. Fluent in both written and spoken English, able to understand Datasheets of electronic components. 6. Strong ability to handle pressure, quick in response, meticulous and responsible in work, excellent language expression and communication skills.
