Job responsibilities: 1. Can independently coordinate the entire process of the project from project initiation to mass production; Summarize project progress and report to the management team; 2. Lead the development process of new products (structural and electronic design process); 3. Develop project plans and detailed project plans based on project initiation information. 4. Reasonably allocate resources and arrange the daily work of project team members according to the project plan and implementation plan; 5. Monitor the matching of project scope, quality, progress, cost and plan, and make timely corrections; Actively cooperate and assist engineers in their work, assisting and inspecting the progress and quality of work completion. 6. Timely identify potential risks in the project and provide risk mitigation or response plans. 7. Organize project meetings, review various project outputs, and hold critical milestone review meetings; Send the project review report to the project team and relevant leaders. 8. Motivate team members to work with enthusiasm and enthusiasm, and maintain a good working atmosphere. Coordinate and resolve issues within the project team; When the problem within the group cannot be resolved, escalate the issue to management coordination.

Job requirements: 1. Have 1-3 years of project management experience, with priority given to those with experience in electronic product development and production. 2. Have knowledge related to structure and electronic engineering. 3. Strong internal and external communication and coordination skills, with a certain level of pressure resistance. 4. Strong sense of responsibility, proactive approach to work, ability to solve problems, and strong subjective willingness to drive project success. 5. Have a customer-centric mindset, focusing on product, quality, and customer satisfaction. 6. Maintain a calm, proactive, and open-minded attitude when facing difficulties. 7. Fluent in both spoken and written English is preferred.
