Requirements: 1.Master degree (overseas returnees and foreign nationals are preferred) 2.Major in millimeter wave, microwave, electromagnetic field and radio physics, More than 2 years of work experience in antenna array research and development, familiar with the key technologies such as millimeter wave, antenna array, beam forming and beam scanning, and know the key elements of future 5G antenna design; 3.Be familiar with professional knowledge of electromagnetic field, microwave and antenna and project development process, have good communication and expression ability, and have the ability to independently design and develop array antenna; 4.Skilled use of network analyzer, spectrum analyzer and other radio frequency microwave instruments; 5.Proficient in using circuit design output and electromagnetic field simulation software, such as CST, HFSS, ADS, etc. 6.Proficient in English, good at listening, speaking, reading and writing.
