-3+ years of experience in product design -Understand complex problems customers face and create products that account for the various needs of consumers -Experience working in the consumer electronics industry, home appliance industry, or indoor gardening industry is preferred -Drive end-to-end design process of major features while keeping in mind the predominant concept of the business -Knowledge of the product development process, from product thinking to visual and interaction design, is preferred -Strong eye for visual design and a love for high-quality design are a must -Able to cooperate with graphic designers and marketing team to develop targeted, relevant products and to expand consumer base -Knowledge of US market and culture is a must. -Chinese language skills are a major plus!
