Participate in the development and updating of teaching materials to ensure that the teaching content is up-to-date. Student Management and Communication Establish a good teacher-student relationship with students and pay attention to students' learning needs and emotional state. Answer students' questions in a timely manner and provide personalized learning guidance. Communicate with parents on a regular basis to provide feedback on students' learning and promote home-school cooperation. Curriculum Development and Improvement Participate in the development and improvement of the school's curriculum and make constructive suggestions and recommendations. Pay attention to the latest developments in English education at home and abroad, and introduce advanced teaching concepts and methods into teaching practice.
