1. Master degree or above in pharmaceutical preparations, pharmacy, pharmaceutical engineering, chemical engineering, polymer materials, etc.; 2. Familiar with the properties of various solid oral preparations, the preparation process of solid preparations and the use of instruments and equipment (those who understand the analysis are preferred) 3. Familiar with Chinese drug development policies and regulations and relevant technical requirements, and understand relevant GMP regulations;Have ANDA development experience and be familiar with ICH regulations. 4. Able to read English professional literature and write project plans and experimental reports; 5. Have strong learning ability, work ability, anti-pressure ability and cooperative spirit, and can communicate well with colleagues
