This role requires:· At least 7 years of experience designing, leading, and delivering high-quality development programs focused on livelihoods, youth entrepreneurship, and climate, environmental solutions within Pacific contexts.· Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data for evidence-based decision making in livelihoods, entrepreneurship ecosystems, and green economic inclusion.· Advanced knowledge of complementary livelihood approaches relevant to the Pacific, including entrepreneurship development, market-based solutions, agriculture, food security, and renewable energy-linked economic opportunities.· Proven track record in successfully developing funding proposals and tenders focused on sustainable livelihoods, youth enterprise, and renewable energy projects, with demonstrated program design and implementation experience in the Pacific.· Experience integrating entrepreneurship pathways and renewable energy options into development programs, strategies, and policies that promote economic inclusion and climate resilience.· Demonstrated ability to build capacity of non-technical program staff and partners in evidence-based approaches to livelihoods, youth entrepreneurship, and renewable energy programming tailored to Pacific settings.A place to feel valued:You are currently a Pacific, Australian or New Zealand national.
