1. Pre-sales:Understand customer processes and needs, conduct competitive product analysis, and propose feasible solutions or provide input for the R&D team. 2. In-sales: Confirm evaluation standards with the customer’s technical and production departments, guide trial methods, and assist with on-site testing. 3. Post-sales:Assist customers in troubleshooting issues encountered while using the products, analyze various factors such as human, machine, material, method, and environment, and provide solutions. 4. Training:*Prepare technical service case studies and industry solution documents for training sales staff.

1. Recent graduates or those with up to 3 years of work experience, with a bachelor’s degree or higher; majors in chemistry or chemical engineering are preferred, but mechanical engineering is also acceptable. 2. English proficiency at or above CET-6 or business English communication ability, and willingness to adapt to overseas work. Proficiency in any of the following languages is a plus: Thai, Vietnamese, Spanish, or Portuguese. 3. Possess certain analytical and problem-solving abilities, and able to work under pressure. 4. Diligent and eager to learn, able to endure hard work, and willing to travel for business. 5. Proficient in various office software and possess strong teamwork spirit.
