1、Possess strong communication and coordination skills, resource utilization capabilities, and teamwork abilities to ensure project resources. 2、Proficient in using office software (PPT, Excel, etc.) to complete document preparation and ensure project objectives. 3、Capable of 5W analysis, daily management, problem identification and resolution, and skilled in preparing A3 reports. 4、Proficient in using PROE/CREO, CATIA, or other 3D software, as well as CAD or other 2D software. 5、Experience in developing large-displacement motorcycle powertrain engines (above 1000cc) is preferred.
