1. Be responsible for the management of the soft decoration design team, and ensure that the design team can finish the design project on time with quality and quantity. 2. Responsible for the task dispatch of soft decoration design of the project, the review of design scheme, effect drawings and construction drawings, the guidance of each project design, and the design guidance and control of the team members. 3. Coordinate and communicate with party a's project, and submit the design task on time as required. 4. Responsible for personnel management, performance appraisal and business training of the design department.

1. Foreign (or RTHK) senior designer preferred. 2. Bachelor degree or above in interior design, architecture or related majors. 3. About 8 years' experience in soft decoration design of villas, clubs, model houses, sales offices and commercial space. 4. Over 5 years of management experience and ability to lead a team for a long time. 5. Have international vision and excellent design ability, and have strong design control for large projects. 6. Rich project experience, familiar with construction technology and able to solve project problems independently. 7. Strong sense of responsibility, excellent professional quality, cost control awareness, and ability to independently organize, coordinate and manage the team to complete design tasks.
