Main Job Duties: Answer phone calls from Korean customers, communicate effectively with customers using Korean, answer customer inquiries about logistics services, and provide accurate and timely information. Respond to email or online chat inquiries from Korean customers, ensuring that all customer inquiries are responded to in a timely and professional manner. Handle customer complaints and suggestions, coordinate with relevant internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Track and update the progress of customer issues and provide regular feedback to customers until the issues are properly resolved. Collect and organize customer feedback, analyze customer needs and preferences, and provide data support for product and service optimization. Maintain and update customer database to ensure accuracy and completeness of customer information. Participate in team meetings to share customer service experience and improve the overall service level of the team. Comply with company rules and regulations, protect customer privacy and company trade secrets.

Requirements: Good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in Korean, able to communicate fluently both verbally and in writing. Familiar with the basic knowledge of international logistics industry, understand customer service process and related policies. Excellent communication skills and customer service awareness, able to handle customer complaints and problems appropriately. Strong teamwork spirit and sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure and maintain a positive working attitude. Proficient in the use of computer and office software, with basic network operation ability. Relevant customer service work experience is preferred.
