1.Native English speaker with authentic pronunciation and natural oral expression. 2.Hold a valid Chinese Z work visa (teaching visa) and complete relevant work permit transfer procedures as required. 3.Relevant bachelor’s degree or above; TESOL/TEFL certificate (120hrs preferred) is mandatory. 4.At least 1 year of formal early childhood ESL teaching experience, familiar with preschool English enlightenment, able to manage active young learners aged 3–6 independently. 5.Patient, outgoing, warm and child-loving; good classroom management skills to engage young kids and maintain positive classroom atmosphere. 6.Strong communication skills for daily parent communication and cross-team collaboration with local Chinese staff. Able to attend offline demo lessons and formal interviews on site in Guangzhou before employment. Gender no restriction; teachers familiar with EYFS or international preschool curriculum are prioritized. Abide by all kindergarten rules and Chinese local education regulations, stable in career planning and willing to work long-term.
