Job responsibilities
Job responsibilities:1. Key account development: Seek and identify potential key accounts, establish contacts and develop new business opportunities. This may include finding potential customers through market research, trade shows, and attending networking and industry events. 2. Sales strategies and plans: Formulate sales strategies and plans, including determining target customer groups, formulating sales targets and sales plans, and implementing corresponding sales activities to achieve expected sales performance. 3. Customer relationship Management: Establish and maintain good relationships with existing customers, understand customer needs and challenges, and provide corresponding solutions. Maintain close contact with customers through regular customer visits, conference calls, emails and other forms of communication. 4. Sales negotiation and contract management: Conduct sales negotiations with key customers, negotiate contract terms and conditions, and ensure the signing and performance of contracts. Track orders and delivery progress, resolve potential issues, and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. 5. Market analysis and competitive intelligence: Analyze the market to understand industry trends, competitor dynamics and market opportunities. Develop effective sales and pricing strategies for the company by collecting and analyzing competitive intelligence. 6. Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, R&D, production, etc., to ensure smooth delivery processes and customer satisfaction. 7. Sales report and analysis: accurately record sales activities, customer feedback and market information, and submit sales reports in a timely manner. Based on sales data and analysis results, evaluate sales performance and make suggestions for improvement.
Job Requirements
1. Full-time bachelor degree or above, major is not limited, work experience is not limited, with major customer docking experience is preferred; 2. Good English or other foreign language skills, business communication or overseas study background is preferred; 3. Interactive with positive emotions, analytical thinking, achievement orientation, cooperation and sharing.
