1. Up to 12 contact periods for subject lessons, enrichment or form tutor work a week <br/>2. Division routine duties and handling individual student/parent issues (academic & pastoral) <br/>3. Participate in school development weeks during winter & summer holiday<br/><br/>High School Assistant Division Leader (ADL) position;<br/>Supervises: Coordinators, Teachers, tutors, other staff members and students in the division

1. Adhere school’s overall vision, mission, core values and strategic goals <br/>2. Support DL to leads DCs & FCs to achieve division objectives and ensure the effective operation of the division <br/>3. Support DL to be responsible for: <br/>- the overall division quality of education, include both academic and pastoral sides <br/>- the academic outcome，development and wellbeing of the students of the division
